Several autograph concerts on the eighth day of the exhibition Discussion of the title “Political Parties in Iraq between Stereotyping and Modernization”

The eighth day of the Iraq International Book Fair passed, and it was somewhat different in its cultural curriculum, but its presence is still large, especially during the opening of the main gates and the influx of hundreds of students.

It has become a constant routine for workers, whether in organizing the exhibition or participating publishing houses, seeing students on a daily basis immediately after the opening of the main halls of the absent Tohme Farman exhibition.

Interestingly, there were signing ceremonies yesterday, which were started by the Advisor to the President of the Republic, the architect Maysoon Al-Damluji, in a seminar presented by the journalist Amer Moayad and at the end of which she signed the book “Art and Politics”.

Then there was also a signing ceremony for the expatriate novelist Youssef Abu Al-Fawz entitled Seasons of Waiting, while the book “The Legend in the Modern Arab Narrative” was signed by the President of the General Union of Writers and Writers in Iraq, Najeh Al-Mamouri. In the discussion sessions, the journalist Imad Al-Shara moderated the talk about encouraging the borrowing and circulation of the book.

Then it was the turn of the journalist Hossam Al-Hajj to conduct a seminar entitled “Political Parties in Iraq between Stereotyping and Modernization”, which was spoken by political analyst and professor of political science, Dr. Iyad Al-Anbar, and the thinker Dr. Muhammad Hussein Al-Rifai via “Skype”.

The holder of the name of the second session of the exhibition, absent Tohme Farman, a share every day and the seminar was entitled “Absent and translation”, and was spoken by Dr. Jabbar Hashem and Dr. Bassem Saleh and moderated by Dr. Haitham Al-Zubaidi.

The end of the eighth day was with a poetry evening by Hussein Makhzoumi, Amer Al-Tayeb and Ali Sarmad on a special night of the Iraq International Book Fair.
